We can help you reduce the noise by focusing on constructive discussions to help you move forward. Warwickshire Family Mediation is a private mediation service offering help to separating families in working through decisions which need to be made during this difficult transition.
Family mediation allows you to both identify and explore what is most important to you. The support of a Mediator ensures you focus on the issues which need to be resolved and consider all the available options and potential implications. The mediation process can address division of property and finances together with the arrangements for children.
PROFESSIONAL
The service is run by Louise Gouldsborough, Accredited Family Mediator with a background of working as a family lawyer. As a mediator she draws on this experience and provides a thorough and supportive approach to help clients find workable solutions.
EFFECTIVE
Mediation enables disputes to be resolved more quickly and amicably than through the Court system and is usually significantly cheaper.
FLEXIBLE
Going through a separation can be stressful. We make progress at your pace. We offer face to face and online sessions to fit around your commitments.
