Proposal Summaries (also known as Memorandums of Understanding) are prepared with appreciation for Consent Application requirements.

We are committed to providing your clients with an efficient and effective service tailored to their individual requirements. We aim to offer MIAMS within 48 hours of an enquiry.

We always encourage our clients to seek independent legal advice at appropriate stages during the process. We understand that in some instances clients ask for MIAMs to be arranged at short notice due to urgent issues arising . With your clients' consent we can send Court forms directly to Solicitors if mediation is not proceeding.

We are based in Leamington Spa but are also able to meet with clients at locations closer to them or via Zoom video call depending on their preferences.
